Behind The Build

The timing of the market played into our favour with this project. Homes in need of care often go overlooked by most buyers. Fortunately for us, our intention was always to demolish and rebuild. While the home was initially sold with plans, we opted to go back to the drawing board and completely redesign the project. Securing a good price on the block, we also negotiated an extended 6-month settlement period.

This provided ample time to obtain town planning approval while simultaneously reducing costs associated with repayments. This strategic approach allowed us to optimize both the financial and logistical aspects of the project, setting the stage for a successful redevelopment.
