I’ve always enjoyed looking at really nice homes. There’s something about the eye-catching appearance of a well-renovated or newly built custom home that just “works”. It's this love for beautifully built homes that is at the heart of what we do at SROI Property Group.
Years ago, after completing my electrical apprenticeship and moving through various electrical and construction roles, I made the decision to build my own home.
I wanted to take on the challenge because this is something I knew I would enjoy doing and something I had always wanted to get involved in. I loved the idea of getting to be there every day and watch the home go up from nothing to something incredible looking, ensuring the right details are carried out on every part of the project.
So, I decided to take on the challenge and build my own home from scratch. The end result was a home that was perfect for me and a construction process that was hassle-free, on budget, and unique to my vision.
